We at Stanmore Hawks pride ourselves in being the biggest and most successful football club in Sydney’s Inner West. Backed by a rich history dating back to the 70s, we are constantly thriving for the top level, always trying to improve. We have an emphasis on teaching our players not just improvements in skill, but also qualities such as hard work, persistence, integrity and respect, towards all on and off the pitch. Our mens senior teams currently compete in the NSW NPL3, winning the competition in 2019, and our boys youth teams compete in the NSW NPL2.
Our home fixtures are played at Arlington Oval in Dulwich Hill, where they have been for the past ten years. This stadium has been the home of special and defining moments in the Hawks’ history and will continue to be where our memories are made.
In conjunction with the Cyprus Community Club of NSW, based also in Stanmore, these two entities that make up Stanmore Hawks work together on and off the pitch to provide all of its players, staff and supporters with a strong and trusted foundation. The Cyprus Community Club is considered Stanmore Hawks’ home base, with meetings, fundraisers and events held there.
